The purpose of this letter is to give my highest recommendation to ASAP Cleaning Service.  Al, the owner, has been cleaning my condo for over five years without any break in service.  I have been impressed by the personal service, professionalism and results.

              ASAP is a licensed and bonded service.  They don’t operate like a cable company who will show up sometime between noon and five.  I like the fact that I can count on them to show up exactly when scheduled to.  I never have to worry about any personal items disappearing.  On a regular basis, I will let them in and leave to run errands knowing that my house will be safely locked when I return home.

              I am also pleased with the personal service.  There aren’t many businesses out there any more where the owner answers the phone when I call, no machines, no answering service.  ASAP listens to my needs and responds to my desires.   Whenever I need to change my schedule because of travel or guests, I am not made to feel as though I am inconveniencing them.  It seems as though they appreciate my business.

              The best thing about them is the value.  Their charges are reasonable especially considering that they use all their own supplies.  They not only bring their own soaps and polishes, but they have their own equipment, vacuums and such.  From the moment they enter the house, there is no idle conversation.  They get busy and stay busy until the job is finished.  If I have special request, there is no hesitation; they take care of the need without ever making me feel like I should have been keeping up with this on my own.  When finished with the job, my house looks and smells clean and fresh.  There is no dust on the ceiling fan blades and no smudges on the mirrors, only the lingering smell of lemon-scented soap.

              I appreciate ASAP Cleaning Service.  They are a great value for the money because of their attitude and professionalism.  I give this company the highest rating I possibly can.

We have used ASAP for 4 years and have been extremely satisfied.  It's a pleasure to find someone who cleans my house better than I could!  Having an owner on site is a tremendous bonus, as workers are always under direct supervision, and the cleaning has not diminished over the years.  We have a collection of antiques, and Al and Jean are always careful when working around these items.  We also have 2 dogs, and the crew works well around them.  Al has access to our keypad code, and we're very comfortable having him come when we aren't here, even with the dogs in the house.  I've recommended ASAP to my closest friends, and would recommend them to you.
